I sent a card and the person didn't get it -- why is that?

Not everyone will receive these cards because of SPAM BLOCKERS, etc. If you have any problems sending cards, please try the other link below the send button which says "click here if you're having problems" or contact your friends email provider and ask them to allow greetings from "TAFMaster" (the primary company this site uses to send cards) to be sent to your friends email

Why can't I get any farther than hitting on a category then there is nothing happening?

Look behind the current window -- maybe it was loaded behind your current window. If this is not the problem -- then it could be a technical error that this site is experiencing with no solution as of yet. It seems to be a temporary problem so if you try later it should work fine.

How do I send a card? Do I have to download before I can send a card?
|

No download is required. At the bottom of every greeting card you will find a link that says "Click here to send this greeting card". Simply, click on that link and a send to friend form will appear on the screen. Enter your email and name and your friends email and name. Don't forget to review the ads on the screen and uncheck anything you are not interested in (ads) or check the ads you are interested in. When you are ready -- hit the send button

I've sent my husband some cute pages from this site but everytime he receives the e-mail, the website that is highlighted goes to the homepage and not the page I sent, whats up with that? |

When you send a card, you must click on the send to friend link at the bottom of the card you want to send. Another problem could be that your browser is blocking the referrer page and the send to friend program has no way of knowing the page you are sending. Try the other link on the page (TAFMaster link) and see if that helps. This site works best with IE (internet explorer)
Check with your ISP (internet service provider) and ask how you can enable the "REFERRER" |

Why do the graphics on some of the pages look distorted with colors that don't blend?

Some browsers seem to have problems displaying certain graphics. things-to-say.com takes extra steps to provide good quality graphics. The pages within this site should have good quality to them and if you see a page with color or graphic distortions -- you may want to try using Internet Explorer. This site is best viewed with IE.

If things-to-say.com comes up everytime you load your browser, then you must have set your browser's home page to things-to-say.com. If you don't want things-to-say.com to appear when you load your browser, simply set your browser home page to something else. |

The system cannot find the graphic -- please report this problem so it can be corrected.

When the page loads I get a gray box on the screen. What is this?

Many of the pages require Java and JavaScript to run the special effects. The gray box is in place of the picture and special effects if you do no have Java loaded on your computer.

I cannot hear the music if there is any, what to do? |
|
Humor and riddle pages don't have music and some of the other pages. Most all of the musci files are in "midi" format. Check and make sure your computer can take the "midi" format. Make sure your speakers are connected and the volume is not turn off.
