One day I hired this secretary,
I sure don't know what's her problem.
She does so many crazy things,
I wish that she would solve them.

She was looking at my computer,
noticing the plant on top of my screen.
She ran and got some water,
and poured it all over my machine.

The phone rang, she answered it,
it was our C.E.O. calling.
So flustered was she, she tangled me.
next thing I know I'm sprawling.

She was trying to staple some papers,
instead she stapled her thumb.
By now, I starting to wonder,
if maybe, she's just dumb.

Black ink she squirted
all over my shirt.
By now you'd think
I'd be more alert.

I asked her to wrap a parcel,
and to glue on a bow.
Next time I turned to look at her,
she was glued from head to toe.

When she made the coffee,
you should have seen the mess.
I don't know how much longer,
I can put up with this stress.

The fax was unplugged, so she said;
I can't get the fax to work.
That really was the last straw,
I demoted her down to a clerk.
